Dear customers,

I am writing this with great sadness. At the moment I am between two minds whether I close or not as business at present is very slow and I am really struggling to make ends meet. I spoke to a close friend last night and he convinced me to give it another six months and see can I turn it around . I really don't know how or what I can do other than turn to my existing customers and ask if you could keep me in mind when shopping even if it was once a month and maybe also recommend me to a friend. I will also pick 4 products every two weeks and discount them up to 50% off for a two week period to give everybody a chance. I am going to speak to a person in marketing also this week to see how I can generate new customers. I really appreciate your custom and help over the past 5 years and hopefully with your help we can keep The Filling Station a float as I really believe that what we are doing is helping our environment . PS . If there is anything that you feel could help generate new customers please please contact me . No matter how little .
